Love...

The four letter word love!

**small yet powerful! **

Well, now why am I writing about this word "Love"? Not that i am in Love :P, its just that this word is ruling, saving and destroying the human race! It is the content of every human's heart which beats for survival. All that differs is the subject of Love.

Just as each human differs in ideology, thoughts, likes, dislikes, attitude, approach, and imagination; they also differ in what they choose to love!

Let me first focus on the current issue of the world... Obviously its Terrorism!

With the bloody bomb blasts in Delhi killing innocent souls, terrorism seems to have no boundary or limits! The photos in news papers and the vedios in television are sickening. I saw in today's paper the mother of the nine year old Santosh who picked the tiffin box which had no food but bomb; just pierced my heart and here i am writing about the contradictory word "love".

These bomb blasts obviously make us all think that terrorists are heartless creatures who know only to rip, tear and kill for a satisfaction that never seems to be fulfilled. What is this satisfaction that they want? What is the root cause of this quest of satisfaction? Oh yea, i know you all will give different answers (as i said before everyone is different! :D ). But I would very confidently say the culprit is the word "Love".
Confused?

Its Love... for the wrong subject! They Love their principles and their religion; but the expression of their love is wrong. This is a very small and simple mistake, but why is it not rectified? Because they do not want to accept this mistake.

Here I will say "Love is Blind!" even for these so called heartless terrorists. Maybe they are playing the Devdas role constantly grumbling and crying over the unfulfilled love. But they are very much different from Devdas. How? Devdas just cried and drank alcohol. But, these terrorists do cry but do not drink alcohol; instead they cherish the blood of the people whom they term as the cause of their sorrows. Devdas cried for his lady love; but terrorists cry for their love- the dominance of their self defined religious principles.

Now, let me shift the topic the love of a youth! ;) Two terms are usually used :
1. Love Success
2. Love Failure
The first one will obviously give happiness and satisfaction! While the second one gives sorrows and pain. The main reason of the pain being: the cause of the pain:- "the person you loved the most." This is the only pain that can make the affected become all the following things at the same time:
1. lose his senses.
2. Make him/her physically present but mentally absent.
3. Change his/her principles and ideology.
4. Become more frustrated and pessimistic.
5. Disability to see good things of life.
6. Forget that he/she has friends or family and descend to his own lonely world.
7. Thinking of death often.
(Phew!! )

How much powerful Love is!!!

Oops! lets see the good part of love. :) In a relationship; love:
1. Makes the couple live happy
2. Makes the couple live for each other.
3. Teaches the couple adjustment and acceptance.
4. Teaches patience.
5. Controls short temper.
6. Promotes positive changes in life style.
7. Makes the couple become more mature and a good advice box for other new couples! (giggles)
and... (phew!!) many more. :)

So... the two beautiful sides of love! Thus we can conclude that love has both boon and bane (just like we speak about science and technology).

What matters is- "what you choose?"
